When Rita Wilczek opened her business in 1988, she wanted to exceed expectations. She wished to be free to examine her clients' needs then present a menu of strategic options in the retirement plan arena. Instead of working for a company that dictates which services and products she could offer, she wanted the freedom to ALWAYS ACT IN HER CLIENT'S BEST INTEREST. To deliver exemplary service, she developed a team that met her high standards.

Excellent Service and Knowledge

A Minneapolis native with a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota, Carlson, Rita aids many business owners with personal investment planning solutions and tax-advantaged retirement plans. She receives many referrals from clients and accountants, and is honored that they feel confident sending their clients to her. Her strategic alliances with CPAs, attorneys and other professionals allow her to offer a wide range of services at affordable prices. She is an Investment Advisory Representative, and through the American College of Bryn Mawr, PA, a ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) and a CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter).

Nils is a native Minnesotan from Crystal, Minnesota and has a bachelor's degree in Business Economics from University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. He has been a part of Rita Wilczek, Inc. since 2009 and worked as an Intern for RWI prior to 2009. He is licensed (Securities Series 7 and Life & Health) and is currently finishing up his ChFC designation with the American College. 

Cassie is originally from La Crosse, Wisconsin, and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota Crookston. She has been with Rita Wilczek, Inc. since 2012, but has worked in the financial services industry since 2010. Cassie is licensed (Securities Series 7 and Life & Health) and would like to become an advisor one day.

Kelsie is a native of Golden Valley and received her Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Finance and Mathematics at UW-Eau Claire.  She has worked with Rita Wilczek, Inc. since September 2018 and would like to become an advisor one day.  In college she worked as a teaching assistant and had the opportunity to study in Argentina and New Mexico.  She continues to love traveling, camping and backpacking.
